Our pricing is performance-aligned - we earn when you earn. The exact structure depends on the type of product and the scope of services engaged. Common models include a revenue share, a flat monthly retainer combined with a smaller revenue share, or a project fee for one-time work like an app launch or store optimization.

We discuss pricing transparently during the introductory call, and all terms are laid out clearly in a simple agreement before any work begins. There are no hidden fees.

Yes. For SaaS and digital product clients, we configure and manage global payment infrastructure including Stripe, PayPal, and regional payment methods. We handle subscription billing, failed payment recovery (dunning), refunds, and disputes.

For Merchant of Record arrangements, we take on billing responsibility entirely - you receive a revenue share, and we handle all the payment complexity. For mobile apps, store payments (Apple IAP, Google Play billing) remain with the respective stores; we optimize your monetization strategy around them.

Tax compliance is one of the most complex parts of selling software globally, and it’s an area we handle directly. For clients under a Merchant of Record arrangement, we calculate, collect, and remit VAT, GST, and sales tax in the jurisdictions where your buyers are located - including the EU, UK, Australia, and US states with economic nexus rules.

For other arrangements, we advise on tax obligations and can connect you with specialist advisors. We also help with regulatory compliance including GDPR, COPPA, and app store-specific policy requirements.

Every Yarsa partner gets a dedicated account manager who is your primary point of contact - a real person who knows your product and your goals. Beyond that, our team includes specialists in app store management, paid acquisition, SEO, and billing operations who work on your account as needed.

We communicate regularly through scheduled reviews and are reachable by email and scheduled calls. For urgent issues - a store rejection, a payment processor flag, or a compliance matter - we treat them as high priority regardless of day or time.

From signing the agreement to having your product actively managed, the typical onboarding takes 1-2 weeks. This includes setting up store accounts, configuring analytics and reporting, and aligning on the first 90-day strategy.

For products that are already live and well-instrumented, we can often move faster. For new products approaching launch, we recommend starting the conversation 4-6 weeks before your target launch date so we can prepare the full publishing infrastructure in advance.

Absolutely. Many of our partners come to us with a single product and add more over time as they build their portfolio. We handle multi-product arrangements with a single account manager who coordinates across all your products, ensuring consistent brand positioning and consolidated reporting.

There are no arbitrary limits on the number of products. Pricing for additional products is typically more favorable than the initial engagement given the shared infrastructure and relationship.

We work with products that are either close to launch-ready or already live. The core requirement is a genuinely useful product with a clear value proposition and an identifiable audience - not perfection, but something real.

We are selective about the products we take on because our revenue is tied to yours. We prioritize products with a clear monetization path, a developer who is actively maintaining and improving the product, and a market opportunity that our publishing expertise can meaningfully accelerate. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.

Every partner gets access to a unified reporting dashboard that pulls data from all stores, payment processors, and ad platforms into a single view. We report on the metrics that matter to your specific product type: for mobile apps, installs, retention, and ARPU; for SaaS, MRR, churn, and LTV; for digital products, units sold, revenue by channel, and refund rate.

We send a structured monthly review report and hold regular review calls. You always have full access to your own store accounts and can verify numbers independently.
